I am wanting to start making my own serums and have been looking for UK ingredient suppliers.
I came across a company called activeextracts.co.uk, they seem quite reasonable.
Has anybody used them before? |

I havent used this lot, but Active Formulas sell in the uk and I have used them. They have a good website and deliver very quickly I have never had a problem with them.
Why not give them a go?

I have used active extracts before and have been pleased.
It looks like they have reduced a few of their prices too which is even better as they were pretty good value anyway! |

I have also used active extracts, they have low prices and good actives. |

Have just been on the active extracts website. It looks good but they have fewer products than active formulas and less information relating to those products, however as a DIY intro they would fit the bill.
Good luck on the DIY journey I am still a newbie and it is really exciting.
Have you checked out the DIY threads here?
they are a revelation |

I bought some LAA and Ferulic Acid and also some Hyaluronic Acid to use as a moisturiser. All the ingredients look ok |

I bought some green tea and hyaluronic acid powder last week, and again i am pleased.
I notice they stock n acetyl cysteine. It seems this active has some good anti sun damage studies behind it, but i cant find any diy recipes that include it. Anybody know of any? |

They now offer a free packet of L Ascorbic Acid with orders worth more than £25!
I hope it continues for a while |

I know this is an old thread but are there any UK people on here who have dealt with Active Formulas? I emailed them on Tuesday with a few quick questions but haven't had anything back |

Lindsay I have just picked up this thread, so not sure if you have had any replies, I have received my order from Active Formulas last week,
I did email them with a few queries which they did reply to, I am pleased with the order I placed and will go on purchasing from them. I found them to be very helpful |

I am actually finding the same thing with ActiveFormulas. They take their time to respond to queries. They also forever seem to be out of the stuff I really want to buy which means I have to order from the US. Totally defeats the purpose |
