| Hi! I want to widen my face by just a couple of centimeters on either side. I was wondering which works better for that - Facercise or Flex Effect. If you think it's Flex Effect, PLEASE describe to me exactly how to do the face widening exercise! Thank you so much. |

Face Widener isn't FlexEffect but Facercise. What ever program you choose you would be better doing the whole program and not just those that you think will widen your face. I am not sure you can widen your face, but you can certainly build up the muscles to create a different looking face. How old are you?

Hi RQW
No one knows any facial training program better than the Author. Carol has generously allowed a few of her exercises to be posted on the net. In Carol Maggio’s Facercise program there is an exercise that she created called FACE WIDENER Here is a link to the very exercise that she posted.
Ok... the link is not working?  ...  So... go to Amazon and look up Facercise; you'll find the exercise there. |
