Hi, all - I'm a long time lurker and admirer of your skincare knowledge, but now, having crawled these forums, I have added PSF's Vitamin C and Copper Peptide serums to my skincare routine. The problem is, I don't know where to add them in my skincare lineup. Here what I am using currently: Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish, Liz Earle Instant Boost Toner, Paula's Choice 8% AHA Gel, Obagi Blender/Tretinoin .5%(nighttime), Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre, and Mama Nature Young at Heart Skin Regeneration Serum(nighttime). Whew, that seems like a lot already! Anyway, if anyone could tell me where to insert the Vit C and Copper Peptides, I would so appreciate it! Oh, and also I bought the Jan Marini Age Intervention Serum - not sure where to put it, either. Thanks in advance - I bow to your awesome knowledge! |

Hi,
I'm no expert on this subject but I did speak to my dermatologist about this some time ago.
He said that if you use a tretinoin cream at night...you may want to use copper peptide during the day. However Copper peptides can make you topical Vitamin-C inactive, so if you use a topical Vitamin C, use the copper peptide at night or alternate days.
I use obagi tretinoin at night then vitamin c on most days with occasional copper peptide day once or twice a week.
Hope this helps
