Has anyone done any facial exercises that improved their tear trough lines? I'm talking about the ones from the corner of the eye to the cheek. Could you describe them please. Thanks! |

Since you mention tear troughs, do you mean lines under the eyes that start from the inner corner of the eye by the nose? Or do mean crow's feet that appear on the outer corner of the eyes and sometimes extend to the cheeks?
In any case, I don't believe a single isolated exercise can fix the issue. All the people I posted in the other tear trough thread you started do full programs. All the muscles of your face are interconnected and what you do to one area affects another area. So if you spot train, you end up with more problems as the newly trained muscles get stronger than other related ones and pull on them in an awkward way. Doing a whole program is the way to fix things. It is what I have learned from experience.
That said, there are a few trainers on the forum that you could contact to ask for advice. Just send them a PM (private message) to make them aware of this thread or to pick their brains on this. Here are some trainers who have posted recently and who may be able to offer you advice: otherloulou, drserene, Deb Crowley, facialdetox. There are more but I have not seen them on the forum in a while.
You could also contact the program owners through their websites, which I believe I provided in my responses to your previous threads. |
