I'm about to embark on a fairly methodical test of every sunscreen I own. Including tinted moisturizers and BB/CC creams, I have 53 to go through, most of which contain only mineral sunscreens. (And most are less than 12 months old, which should give you an idea of the kind of quest I'm going through.) All tests will be done on my whole face with no makeup and then with the SS underneath makeup.I have all of the basic information in an Excel spreadsheet, which I will share with y'all when I grow up and get to post links.

I would add a comment about how well they protected you from the sun. Of course with that many sunscreens it will take you forever and you would probably have to spend more time in the sun then you would ever want to.
You would think anything with a high enough percentage of sunscreen ingredients, especially physical ones would protect you from getting color but I have found this not to be true.  |

Yeah, Unfortunately, I can't rate that because I never ever intentionally spend time in the sun. Melasma has made me a shut-in.
However, I could test on clear plastic over UV paper... Has anybody made this work?
One other thing: they have to have at least SPF 20 and both UVA and UVB protection to qualify for the test. |
