I have not used this supplement but the dosages look pretty low to me. Astaxanthin only 2 mg. Pycnogenol 10 mg, etc. Resveratrol, glucosamine, MSM is missing. Collagen is low as well, as fawnie mentioned. |

I use this in liquid form but it only has 4000 mg collagen. Love this product |

That is interesting and I love Swanson's. I take most of those things separately, though. Allows me to control the doses.  |

| Get them from their natural forms to prevent imbalance due to the lack of co factors in supplements . |
