| Have any of you found it to feel almost slightly irritating to the skin while you are using it? I would definitely not call it painful, but it almost feels like a scratchy or burning sensation as it glides over the face. I can feel my muscles twitching, especially under the eye as well, but I want to make sure the other feeling is normal. Thanks! |

| Turn down the power! You really don't want to feel anything. You also need to use an appropriate conducting material...try using more of whatever serum you are using, or use ultrasound gel. |

| I've been using the serum that came with it. I've got it at 3 now, but I guess I'll turn it back a bit. Thanks. |

| I use mine at 2...anything more than that is just too zappy for me. |
