Sorry if this is not appropriate to post, but I was looking for some lymph breast massages and I came upon this interesting yet a bit old article. Is this anything like the breast accupressure massage that Critic posted in the Tanaka Bone Massage thread? I tried to find more info on it but came upon some rather, let's say, questionable websites and/or videos. I also tried to find info on the Thai lady who developed this massage but could find nothing. Seems as if this massage is popular in Asia, specifically Thailand.

Has anyone ever heard of this? Again, sorry if this is not appropriate to post. I can understand if no one responds and I am banned from the community. Embarassed Just trying to enhance the boobs a bit naturally without surgery and/or hormones. Thanks again.

Thailand sponsors slapping to enhance breast size
By Jan McGirk in Bangkok
Saturday, 22 February 2003

Dozens of bra-less Thai women are on a government-backed course of breast slapping to enhance the size of their bust, and their self- esteem. One hundred vied for 40 places on the first course.

Dozens of bra-less Thai women are on a government-backed course of breast slapping to enhance the size of their bust, and their self-esteem. One hundred vied for 40 places on the first course.

The Health Ministry offers the classes as a substitute for silicone implant surgery, increasingly common among slender Thais. The government seems to consider the beauty of Thai women a vital natural resource to be better developed.

The routines were supplied by a Bangkok beautician, Khemmikka Na Songkhla , who has been pursuing a patent for her grandmother's secret fat-kneading technique. Unlikely as it seems, the idea is to shift one's unsightly bulges to more strategic areas up front.

When Ms Khemmikka was an adolescent, her granny mocked her for wasting time rubbing her nipples with a miracle cream in hopes of sprouting big breasts. She said she should rub the old-fashioned way, until it hurt. By repeatedly pushing any flab from her sides and midriff towards her chest, and afterwards dousing Ms Khemmikka's breasts with ice water, her granny boosted her breast size by 4in (10cm) and her confidence soared.

Ms Khemmikka, now 35, says her shapely breasts are all the advertisement she needs and has marketed the technique in her beauty parlour for 15 years. Six sessions cost $380 (£235), and yield an increase of up to 4in without injections, chemicals or implants.

But the lucrative business threatened to go bust after a client developed breast cancer and blamed it on her breast massage. Distraught, Ms Khemmikka asked the Health Ministry to learn if there could be a link with breast massage.

Dr Pennappa Sapcharoen, the deputy director of the traditional medicine division, told her no clinical trials had been done, but she was intrigued by the technique. The ministry launched a six -month study on volunteers aged 20 to 60, and found vigorous massage left their breasts cancer-free and measurably bigger.

Ms Khemmikka helped the Institute of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine to come up with its three-month regimen of self-massage and daily breast-boosting exercises. Dr Pennapa also insists that skinny girls must eat more if they expect to increase the size of their mammaries.

Sorry, dont know how to post a link but here is the website: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/asia/thailand-sponsors-slapping-to-enhance-breast-size-598437.html

thanks for posting this Peggotty! wave
i'm sure there are members that are interested in this.

this summary is interesting. i definitely agree that massage is good for the body and breasts... keeps things flowing and healthy. i'll do some surfing and see what i can find.

some things that come to mind.
- a good friend, a registered massage therapist said there was a lymphatic massage to increase breast size.
- another friend in korea, is doing acupuncture and incorporating more dairy in her diet, all part of a breast increase program.
- another friend in korea, went for a breast augmentation consultation and was referred to the aesthetics department for breast massage to increase breast size.

another lead... is sesame from http://www.vivawoman.net/

she's based in singapore, super nice, goes for all the spa treatments, well informed, and down to earth. she's was part of the process that got the tanaka massage translated into english. (and have to give big credit and thanks to stephanie from epicbeauty!!!)

Hi Peggotty, great post, and NO I don't think you will be banned, rather the opposite... I've actually never done much massage on the area, but I have done a daily application of ice for about two minutes, this slapping massage seems interesting.

This is very interesting. I lived in Bangkok and understand the Thai women are experienced enough on breast massage and they have all kind of cream (made by yam) to do it. Too bad, I was too young when I was there and had no interest to learn the techniques.

Phew! Thanks gals. I'm glad this wasn't offensive!

Anyhoo, yeah, I'd love to hear about other natural ways to help enhance them. Keep the ideas coming!

As far as this particular *slapping* massage, I dont know if its actually a slapping, which would seem a bit harsh for a delicate area or more of a kneading technique. Either way, I'd like to know the steps but there doesn't seem to be a lot of info on the net.

I spend quite a lot of time in thailand and I've never heard of this.

I have heard of a thai herb that is alleged to increase breast size... but then it's also supposed to reverse grey hair, among many other things. I think it's called kwao kreu (sp?)

Not saying the massage thing doesnt work, just that I've learned to take most thai press reports (esp beauty related) with several grains of salt.

Having said that, the best facial i've ever ever had was in Bangkok years ago, with "thai mountain herbs". I have no idea what the "thai mountain herbs" were, but my skin looked fabulous after.

I saw something similar in on a Japanese variety show posted on YT where a woman used this technique to go from A-cup to H-cup Shock

If anyone's curious, this is the video (2 parts):

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3gsWpd5e1M&NR=1
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_Qfb9B44TY&feature=related

The actual massage is in the second part.

I have no idea if this is legit or not, but at least you won't have to fly to Thailand or pay $380.

Thanks. I will take the video with a grain of salg, however, is this is the massage that can cause the enhancement from an A to an H? Do you know what they are saying? Did the woman in the video just do the massage only? I don't understand the language. Thanks.

Peggotty - Yes, it took her one year to go up 3 cup sizes (A to D), then gradually up to H over the next 2 years.

She did a combination of exercise and massage. First she worked her pectoral muscles by pushing her palms together, then she kneads the fat on her arms and stomach - once it softens up she pushes it towards her breast area. A bit like lymph massage.

When I have time, I'll write a more detailed summary for you.

mmm.. I don't know how well it works for breasts but my grandma always said to massage where we want the fat to go to hips or butt and away from belly/waist, which I've done after a liposuction to maintain the results. My doctor told me that to give myself a massage to dissolve some little bumps I had after the lipo... so, the fat does move through manipulation. The question is if those muscles are connected (arms to chest), etc. I do not know much about human anatomy.

The pectoral muscles are located on the upper chest, under your breasts, so building them up would make your bust look larger. But muscle is different from fat, and the lymph massage might encourage actual fat to go to the breast area?

So are we massaging places that are fatty (stomach, arms, waist) to move this fat to the places we want to grow bigger: breasts, hips, butt, etc. or do we actually massage the breasts, butt, etc to make them bigger?

Bumping to see if anyone has new information on this. The YouTube video showing the massage was removed, unfortunately. Has anyone tried this for a few weeks? Or can anyone shed some more light on the technique?

I'm more interested in the firming effects than the increase, honestly. If it did work to increase size you could probably do it less or more sporadically, and just have an increase in firmness without increasing size, right? I have an irrational fear of droopiness. Very Happy

Sorry, I lost track of this post...
I haven't a clue really about making the size bigger,... mine has actually got slightly bigger because of gaining weight,... Crying or Very sad

As for maintaining the firmness, applying ice cold water ( I actually apply ice cubes inside a plastic wrap) for a few minutes a day helps -at least it has helped me and I'm following old folks wisdom of my town.

In my wanderings around the net I came across this video (with English translation), which reminded me of this old thread
http://www.bangkokpost.com/multimedia/vdo/256935/breast-slapping-beauty

The general tone and demeanour of the "expert" - the same lady mentioned above - doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Nor does the "before and after" photo held up by a student at 1.20 mins.

And only 8 million baht (over US250,000) for her breast slapping training course!

I remember seeing on TV that acupuncture in the upper breast area can also enlarge the breasts (or maybe it was just supposed to give the breasts a lift)...can't remember exactly, but it was definitely acupuncture they were talking about.
