to eradicate purple/dark circles?
My therapist advised me to lightly stroke with forefingers both sides from nose to ear stopping half way under the eyes, pressing lightly and then carrying onto the ear...5 times every mrning and evening
...to eradicate purple and slight sagginess under my eyes.
Has anyone else tried this? Would you recommend it? It is not working for me so far.. |

There's no one fix for dark circles for everyone. It depends on what is causing them. For me, going gluten free, sugar free, dairy free helped along with using a chrysin/vitamin K serum twice a day.
Getting good restful sleep and avoiding allergy-triggers is helpful. Sometimes deep tear troughs can make the undereye area look dark so thats a consideration too. |
