Hello!
I've been a long time lurker on EDS and have found *so* much information.

I'm investigating which program to go with for my strong but receding dimply chin. To the extent that I have botox on it every 6-8 weeks.

It has a deep vertical kind of upside *U* to it, along with marionette lines, its quite apparent. I don't have jowls but I expect that I will as my mother has them.

My questions is, which program to go with. I understand that Loulou's does not focus on the chin as much as Flex effect. That appeals to me.

The other problem I have is that I have strong facial muscles and my body muscles if worked heavily make me look like the Hulk lol!!

I would *dearly* love to get rid of my marionettes, turkey gobble and necklaces but also try to *fill* in this horizontal crevice between my chin and bottom lip. But don't want a bigger chin or a tree trunk neck.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated

I am sorry I don't know the answer but I do know that if I had that problem, one way to find out what is best, besides contacting program founders with photos showing my problem to ask if they can help, would be to look at photos of people who do the various programs and to see if there is any that gives results close to what I would like for myself.

There are some threads that touch on marionette lines in this DIY forum (Check the Sticky too) and some people have reported having gotten rid of them with certain exercises. If I were you I would PM them for photos. It just helps to see if the standards others have are the same as yours IMO. Because people can say anything, while pics speak a thousand words.

You said you are happy not to focus on the chin the way Flex Effect does, but looking at some of their pics, perhaps that focus is what will answer your chin issues?

On the other hand, it could be that Ageless does address your issues indirectly so if that's what you are doing now, perhaps discuss your issues with Loulou or those who do the program to see what they think or whether they have been able to solve the problem. Maybe someone has been able to solve similar problems without actually working the chin. I don't see why anyone who's had progress would not share a photo with you via PM or email.

For starters here is Sandooch's photo before Ageless:

And this is she 4 months later with a lot of improvement--even the hint of marionette lines she had is gone:

Anyway, hopefully someone who has the same concerns you do and who has experience with several programs can shed more light on this. Good luck!
