Thanks for all of you that have posted reviews on the various eye creams on this site. Will I ever find the right one??? Probably not but its fun trying eh.
Ive had a really bad few days and tonight I just thought, what the hell, I deserve something, its Mother's day on Sunday, go do it girl. and I did, I bought the cellcosmet eye cream plus the Yonka Juveil plus I replenished my stocks of the Alphaderma and Skin Prep.. Oh well, its only money right.
Fingers crossed it comes quickly and I like it. Will review in good time...... |

LOL Cindi!
Sounds like your card must still be smoking!
Can't wait to hear your review of the Cellcosmet eye cream - I've been looking at that for a while but have resisted as I recently saw the cost - lots of pennies!!
Have fun with your new products!! |

Geee girls, thanks for the replies. I didnt really expect them but they have boosted me up a little. I know I'll regret buying the eye cream but it was gonna bug me till I tried it, I'll blame Mabsy, and when better to try than when life is kicking you in the crotch at the time. |

Hey! Don't blame me! Other people have reviewed it too you know! I hope you do like it, although I must say that I sampled first before I bought it. I hope the retail therapy has made you feel much better *hug* |

Go Girl - I like your style - especially as it makes me feel so much better about my Yonka splurge - makes me realise just how truly saintly and restrained i've been
Hmmmmmm - does that mean i can spend more without a guilty conscience??
Can't wait to hear how you get on with the cellcosmet eye cream - i have noted lots of rave reviews and you may be the one to just tip me over the edge of restraint |

Shivvie, I hope I like the cream too. In my defence, the cellcosmet is double the size of many eyes creams so it will last longer. The only thing is Ive never finished the bottom of an eye cream yet never mind repurchased one. If I dont like it, I can always get little containers and send all my UK forums members their very own sample.
And yes I think you could just get away with buying one or two more things. |

Hey Everyone,
I am a Cellcosmet eye cream user since last May. I still see my fine lines. I know I will have more lines, if I don't use it. Is there any eye cream that can get rid of fine lines around eye area?
Mabsy:You are the most resourceful person. Can you think of anything?
Thank you,
Rose |

Rose - do you think the cream is not hydrating enough or it's just not enough to deal with the lines completely? I would suggest two things. First, I'm a big fan of vitamin C serums and their effects. I would suggest that you incorporate a vitamin C serum for around the eye area. You might find an argireline product helpfull with those lines as well. I know it has worked well for my mum (she uses vit C + Okusil) although she does still have some lines but nowhere near as many as before.
I would also suggest that you drink plenty of water. When I drop off my water intake it really does show on my skin and it is possible to get dehydration lines from that. If you're not using a good SPF around the eye area (and the rest of the face for that matter) then it would also be helpful if you started doing that. |

Hmmmmmmm........you don't fool me Cindi - you just want me to spend more to ease your own conscience ! But as i like to do as much as i can to help others in their hour of need (regardless of the size of self sacrifice required), i'll see if i can't bend that plastic just a little more |

My recent order from EDS came with a requested sample of Cellcosmet Eye Cream. It is lovely and light, smells delightful, I can place it on the lid without irritation. I just began my trial with it and have not decided if I will pay that much for an eye cream. Certainly, there is nothing negative I can say about Cellcosmet. Raves will have to wait until I see visable results. Sampling before purchase is the way to go. Thank you so much EDS!!! |
