Why wouldn't it be safe? It has good ingredients ...but topicals are limited when it comes to sag. Many things, especially Retin a, will increase cell turnover improving tone and texture and fine lines. They can also increase collagen production which would, over time, help subtly with sagging.
But your best bet, outside of surgery or fillers (you seem a little young for that), would be face exercises, or a microcurrent or RadioFrequency or other devices.
Try reading some of the threads here on some of these methods and some of the different devices people are using and their results.
You seem to be very anxious about your skin sagging on different threads. Do you have any current skin care regime? |

that's why I was checking, since you all seem to know about good/bad ingredients. I just wanted to make sure the ingredients were safe, since they are mostly ingredients that I've never heard of. Thanks. |
