Drink more water and get enough sleep.. that should help.

Dark circles can also be caused by allergies and sinus problems so these are two things that you should investigate. Peter Thomas Roth Power K Eye Rescue has worked very well for me when other creams wouldn't but I think there are cases in which not much will help you. It's unfortunately a matter of trial and error.

Do other people in your family have them? I read somewhere about backgrounds and how it has to do with skin undertones...even dark circles. I myself have dark circles (Blue) under my eyes too, but i never thought there was much i could do about it:/

I don't know the best creams etc to get rid of them but to cover them up and make them less obvious you could use a light reflectling concealer. Thats what i use and it does work! Very Happy They come in little windy pen things(not the technical term for it!)and you just put a little bit under your eye.You can use a little bit on the inner part of the top of your eye too to open them up and look more awake! Good luck whatever you get.

BTW welcome to the forum, yay someone who is younger than me Smile
