Hello
I am posting about sunscreen once again
I just got Murad Perfecting Cream SPF 30 and I am a little disappointed because its a little too thick for me in texture and it leaves my skin really shiny.
Can you recomend something along these lines:
-Light in texture
-Easily absorbed into the skin
-Moisturizing
-At least SPF 15 ( though the more the better )
Are there any good moisturizers that would have high SPF in them?
Hope you guys can help with my quest for the perfect SPF!

I like Fallene Total Block Clear SPF 65 (!). You can get it form dermadoctor.com. I think it should fufill all your criteria - it does for me!! |

Hi Aga,
I know I may sound like a broken record because I have written quite a bit about this sunscreen, but I love Jan Marini Antioxidant Daily Face Protectant. It leaves not a hint of shine, it's SPF 30 (all of the good stuff), smells good (not heavy) and it reasonably priced and you can purchase it at EDS. I have tried many sunscreens; Murad, DDF, Peter Thomas Roth, MD Formulations, etc, etc. All have been disappointing and all have made my skin shinny, even whan they say "matte", "for oily skin", blah, blah, blah. I've also tried the "gel" kinds, but just try and put foundation over them, they ball up! With Marini's sunscreen, I have finally found a product that I purchase over and over again. I hate wearing suncreen, but I live in Florida, so it is out of the question to go without. Jan Marini's is the first product that I actually want to put on my skin! Hope this helps. joani |

In terms of moisturisers with SPF, I've found these are very good:
Kosmea Moisturising Lotion SPF30+
Dermalogica Sheer Tint Moisture SPF15
Murad Energizing Pomegranate Moisturiser SPF15
I also really like Murad Oil-Free Sunblock Sheer Tint SPF15. It just melts into the skin, it is slightly tinted though. For me that's a good thing. |

I second the Total Block SPF 65. I have used this under my makeup and absolutely love it. I am almost out and need to reorder. |
