To this day i havent found anything that makes the skin more glowy.
I have tried many fruits and herbs and orange juice wins all of them.

Oranges contain 170 different phytonutrients and more than 60 known falconoid. These are shown to reduce inflammation, shrink tumors, and inhibit blood clots. The Herperidin in oranges can help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Contain bioflavonoids, citric acids and pectin. Its said oranges are good to eat for cancers, heart problems, strokes, constipation, the blood and nerves. Digestive support, calcium, vitamin C

Its the feeling that you get from it.Like it stays in the stomach for little time and then it comes out to the skin and gives this vibrating hydration to the skin.If you know what i mean.
So that makes sense that orange juice fasting cures wrinkles ,scars etc...Or eating oranges to get the fiber for the bowel.
So lets say we were silly as humans and tree dwellers like some university researches suggest. Then from november till march we would be eating only oranges from the trees (because this is what is growing here this time)having no knowledge to make vegetables and grains and of course trusting our insticts to not kill animals.
Then if the researchers are true ,this time human would have the most glowy skin of all time.
Whats your favourite food for skin? |

All the berries do, especially the mulberries grown in my garden!
Tomatoes are doing a good job too |

It's going to be orange season here. As we know, orange juice is rich in vitamin. I always eat a lot, but my skin will beome kind of yellow because of the color of juice. That will always make me back off somewhat. |
