Iam new to this board, so sorry for posting a question that might been answered allready. I bought the Tria anti aging laser. It ask for my email address and the serial number.
I do those things, and it tells me the serial number is not in Trias system. I re-read it and re-enter it 5 times, and it says the same thing. Trias costumer service haven't replied to my emails and I can't seem to get a hold on them via phone as I live in Scandinavia.
Is there a trick on how to turn on the device for the first time, cause the device has no way of knowing you went online and filled that form. The device is not connected to the Internet or anything.
The only purpose for this activation the way I see it, is a legal one so that they are covered in case you burn yourself and decide to sue them. I understand all this and Iam fine with it. I just want me device to turn on. I had it for one week now! |

| you need to call them and they will activate it via phone!! |

| check the other Tria thread. You hold down the button and let it beep 5 or 8 times (you should still try to get their customer service) |
