Hi there,
It's been a while since I've visited!
Here's my problem-- I've managed to lose about 35-40 lbs over the last 3 years mainly through dieting and a exercise, and I've still got another 20 lbs to go. In the last year or so I've noticed that the skin on my body is a bit loose/ wrinkly, especially noticeable on my belly when I bend over. Not so loose that I can pull it away from my body like extra fabric, but crepey enough to make me self conscious in a bathing suit. I'm 33 years old and I use body lotion on and off, alternating between Skinbiology CP body lotion and whatever else I have on hand. What I can't figure out is whether what I have is the CP uglies, or is this just what happens to skin with age?? Is there anything I can use or do without resorting to Thermage? I read on the Ageless thread that with exercises/massage facial skin can regain firmness and tautness. Is there anything similar I can do to the rest of my body? Any tried and true products that actually work?
I tried doing a forum search and couldn't find anything specific to my problem, so hopefully all you ladies here can help me out. Thank you all in advance! |
