Hi,

I was wondering if anyone used this before, it's being sold at drugstore for about $10. Also wonder how does it compare to PTR's K eye rescue.

Any comment will be greatly appreciated Smile

Hi all wave

I am trying it on my right eye now, the texture is like the Orlane Obligo cooling eye gel, gel-like cream, goes on very easy, and it has a slight tightening effect (as if I painted egg white on my eye), so I can't too much (I have a tendency to overdo everything Embarassed ). It is clear and colorless, and it comes in a pretty big jar. It's definitely not moisturizing, I need to use it with eye cream.

Here's the ingredient :
Water, Sodium Hyaluronate, Yeast Extract, Phytonadione (vitamin K), Carbomer, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Cellulose Gum, Cucumber (Cucumis Saitvus) Extract, Witch Hazel (Hamamelis Virginiana), Tetrasodium EDTA, Sodium Hydroxide, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.

I read it in another thread that HORSETAIL SEED EXTRACT works with VitK better, which is in PTR power K. But like you all, for $10, it's worth a try. I also put it on my new acne scars (since vitK is supposed to heal bruises and scars too), hopefully, I can see faster results there, will report back OF COURSE !

Not only is PTR power K is expensive, but it's always OUT OF STOCK on sephora's website and stores, even the sample in store has been scraped CLEAN Sad

I would love to hear some experts to comment on the ingredient list Razz

Sit tight LADIES Laughing

Wouldn't it be great if it works ?! Drool

It's been a few hours, I do see more lines on my right eye (even though I used it with eye cream), due to the eggwhite effect. hmm...... I wonder if PTR power K does the same thing ?? it has Kojic acid in it too, is it a good thing ?

Oooo diderot, Confused people have said how PTR has dried out their skin, so maybe its the vit k that does it. If you haven't done so already, quick go put some MORE hydrating eye cream on. Keep us updated. Fingers crossed for you Pray

Mmmm, yes. I'm sure Mabsy has said that she always uses another eye cream on top of her PTR cos its very drying. I'd put money on the vit k as being the villain in the piece. I'm using an LP cream at the mo which has got vit k in it and come to think of it, I think I may have spotted a line.. Exclamation

ps. Sorry Mabsy if I'm making all this up and you don't even use the PTR Embarassed

pps. no change in my dark cirles with the LP cream yet. I'll post up a review in 2 weeks. Think that's enough time before I need to use something else Bad Grin

Have you ever gone through their checkout to see what the shipping would be? Rolling Eyes I'm not sure about the UK but I once tried to buy some blush (I think) and got quoted about US$40 for shipping to Australia Speak to the hand

I have used it in the past and it worked really well. It doesn't dry the area out but it's also not moisturising enough which is why I used another moisturiser over the top of it. I didn't get any lines without the additional moisturiser though, but just didn't feel like the area had enough moisture.

I agree with you, Mabsy - I'm using the PTR Power K eye rescue at the moment and its not drying but I do feel I need a moisturiser on top too.

I may be my imagination but I think the circles are not quite so dark, already! Very Happy

Hi ya, I've been using it just over a week twice daily, my circles are due to my skin being really pale and the veins showing through I think, and they do seem to be slightly faded but I have also been sleeping better recently and making sure I'm well hydrated so it could be a combination of things.
I hope I'm not imagining it and the circles do fade a bit!!

my dark circles are still here :( PTR definitely doesn't do anything for firming, you need to put a contour cream on top.
