Wanting to try some facial exercises to shape my face better im very uneven and my face very flat and since losing some weight my face has drooped slightly downwards i want to get some cheek plumpness back and to hopefully build some muscle underneath the eyes where i have hollow circles.
Only thing stopping me is im apprehensive about some of the exercises that include really stretching the skin and wrinkling it up.
Can anyone help? |
