I have been using Obagi Nu Derm for approximately 4 years now. I have NO IDEA how or what I should be using anymore. I still use the wash/toner morning and night. In the morning I use Vitamin C daily, clear one day and exfoderm forte the next, alternating every day. At night I use my tretinoin (0.1%) and blender (every night).
Is this a proper maintenance program?
What should I be doing?
Please help.
