I'm so annoyed with my skin texture. I've had terrible skin texture for years now and the same clusters of super tiny bumps in the SAME spots for, I have super tiny bumps too all over my face (most are like super super tiny that you have to get pretty close or in unflattering lighting to see. My skin used to be so smooth, not it looks horrid and frightening and embarassing. When I wear makeup it just looks terrifying. The makeup sits on top of the rough skin texture and looks disgusting. I feel it's time I take more aggressive action. I have been somewhat light in my treatments. Moisturizing, exfoliating products, etc. I wanted to do laser but it scares me, my other idea is microdermabrasion. Is this safe and a good idea for me to try? Do you think I could see results from one session or would I need more than one to see a change to know if this method could help me? And lastly, do you think it would help me?

Guasha therapy...or alternatively
use ceramic chinese spoons...
https://www.google.gr/search?q=ceramic+chinese+spoons&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=sZ74U4GVK8jSaJjtgrAJ&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ&biw=1366&bih=667

Basically you put coconut oil on your face(its not comedogenic...its just the face that is clogged up already)..\Then you take the ceramic spoon and massage in every direction...

You should hear cracking sounds...
That is the rock under your skin that makes the skin look bumpy and uneven...

More water,more fruit,more juicy vegetables,more herbs less/no meat eggs ,pasta,junks,etc etc...

I did shitty diet because i was out of country and fruits veggies are the real human food options .Period.

Guasha is better than derma rolling...

Just educating the EDS here....

Panoslydios, thanks for your response. I never heard of this before. I cannot use coconut oil though. It causes my skin to get upset and break out, I have tried many times in the past few years and now know to stay away from it. I do believe it can be comedogenic for some people despite what the bottles may say. I looked up the therapy you mentioned and saw people using a more square spoon rather than an actual round handled spoon so that confused me. Can I try this therapy without oils on my face? I have concluded my
face does not like many oils and would like to steer clear. If I went to an acupuncturist, do they also offer this treatment?

Sorry I have more questions but what do you mean by rock under my skin? What do you think the bumps are? Have you seen results from this treatment and for what skin ailment? How long do you think it takes to see some change/results? Would this treatment possibly cause me to break out at first?? It seems to me that circulation can cause breaking out I think from experience with massaging my face in the past to see if that would make he bumps go away.

Ok then while bathing use guasha/glass jar lid/chinese spoon(mine is more round)...

Go slowly and you should see results in texture. It will take some time.Yep accupuncturists do guasha therapy.

The rock is petrified blood waste in my book.
A mixture of air and ground dirt, petrified oils from processed cooked oils, overproduction of sebum that didnt find the way out of the skin, heat byproducts when sweating, lack of oxygenation that promotes the build up.
Keep in mind that face tissue is a not as loose as waist tissue for exaple. So in a tense enviroment build up of waste is easier(look also seborrheic dermatitis on scalp ).

Keep the system flowing with juices and exercises and conscious breathing.
