I hope to get some opinions regarding using a light "tapping" along the jaw line to stimulate bone growth or at the very least, minimize bone loss. I can't seem to find anything on this anywhere on the internet. It makes sense to me that since it helps other bones to "pound" (lack of a gentler word) the ground such as running or walking would do, and it helps bones to practice resistance training with weights - would this not be similar?
I don't mean hitting hard, but rather just a light tapping a certain amount of times all along the jawline and chin. Any opinions on this? Does anyone think it could be harmful to give it a shot? My entire skull is doing just as I've read it would do - shrinking and changing form. Maybe nothing can help this and especially doing just the jawline, but I thought I'd get opinions.
I do eat well and get calcium from foods and supplements, plenty of Vitamin D, etc. Well balanced diet with supplemental vitamins.

I want to apologize I realize I'm under a profile name I had made and then forgot what it was, so made another, and then when I logged in today the original one must have come to me and unknowingly I used that. Didn't realize it until it shows me having only one post. |

They also have something called pressure reps which I think is close to what you are describing but Im not so sure light tapping will be sufficient to stimulate bone |
