Here are some simple tricks that may help you. Wash your face daily, but don't overdo it. You also need to improve your diet and lifestyle. This means cutting back on processed foods and eating more fruits and vegetables. Other habits and lifestyle to improve include getting enough sleep, exercise and reduce stress levels. |

How about a salicylic toner? Have you tried it? Make sure the formulation does not contain alcohol. |

A lactic acid facial cleanser works great. If you are wearing makeup make sure they are oil-free and it is better if you use the powder foundation rather than the liquid one. Also don't forget to bring blotting paper and disposable cleansing pads for a quick fix. |

What do you currently use for skin care? |

Your problem is simple...
Is a combination of oil and acid forming food consumption ..Whne you have cell waste due to the acid forming foods, this waste has to get out of the pores ..
The problem is your t zone,is congested, and gives you the oily thing...
If it wasnt you would notice a slight hydrated effect...
So your strategy should be to consume more real food suitable to human consumption and to decongest the area with guasha, massage, miconeedling etc...Its not rocket science ,its simple stuff. |

This is what I suggest. After clensing, you use some oil control fluid such as Sothys Hydra-Matt Fluid and put some mineral loose powder. I would recommend Colorescience sunforgettable. which gives you UV protection as well as absorbing excess sebum. |
