What is the best waterproof mascara? Everyone I try still smudges under my eyes.

| I also have the same problem with mascara. Most of them that I tried will smudge and leave some dark stain around the eyes. So, the best solution is I stay from mascara before I can find some one that really works. |

I have the same problem most waterproof mascara end up running down.
I'm doing fine with any of the Lacome waterproof. I also find they are not to hard and drying on my eyelashes. |

| Have you heard of Kiss Me brand? This is absolutely amazing! You could even wear it to beaches and waterparks. The only thing is you need a special remover because it doesn't come off easily.... |

| But Kiss Me comes off in water so it is not waterproof. Loreal Millionaire waterproof is one to try as well. |

Kiss me comes of with water but you have to put a lot of water and pull it of your lashes. It does not run at all. It's like a silicone tubes on lashes.
I like it a lot but you can't built it up as others. |

The problem could be you have oily moisturizer on your eyelids. Use something different or none at all and see what happens.
I have a problem with removing waterproof mascara. No matter how many times I use makeup remover, more seems to come off onto my skin after a shower or face wash. |
