The last few days it's been the following:
am
Dr H Cleansing Lotion
YonKa Juvenil
Jurlique Herbal Recovery Gel
ADCE in strategic places
Okusil
Pevonia Evolutive Eye Gel
pm
Cellcosmet Gentle Cream Cleanser
YonKa Juvenil
Decleor Essential Balm
ADCE in strategic places
Okusil
Pevonia Evolutive Eye Gel
And I've used the following ad-hoc:
Eminence Hungarian Mud Treatment
Eminence Stone Crop mask
Phytomer Gommage Marin
Jurlique Rosewater spray (to set makeup) |
|
|
|
|
Fri Mar 18, 2005 1:57 pm |
Currently:
A.M.
a gentle, non-foaming cleanser (Decleor milk or Mary Kay cream)
Alphaderma Skin Prep
Okusil
Cellular Skin RX C+firming
Alphaderma ADCE
Moisturizer, if needed (Decleor hydrafloral or Silkia)
P.M.
a gentle, foaming cleanser (Yonka gel, usually)
Decleor Ylang Ylang Baume
Any eye cream that I am trying to use up
When I am having a case of hormonal breakouts, my p.m. routine gets switched to the Acne-Free 3 piece system which is a cleanser, toner, and treatment lotion (this is supposed to be a Pro-Active knock-off) until I clear up. I have the following masks/treatments that I choose to use depending how my skin is doing:
Decleor Phytopeel
Epidemx
Neutrogena Peel
Mary Kay Hydrating Mask
Mary Kay Clarifying Mask
I need to find a good day time spot treatment for blemishes. Nothing in the drugstore BHA or BPO related has worked to clear them up. At night, if I have one of those huge, painful, under-the-skin buggers, I put drawing salve on a bandaid and then put it over the blemish. It helps to bring them to the surface more quickly. A bandaid is necessary, because the salve is black, greasy, and very stinky

I've got the salve you're talking about (well, probably not the same one as I bought this one in Poland, but it's also black, stinky, and works well) and I use it for those rare *really* deep pimples or for any infected cuts etc. However, on normal blemishes I'm currently using YonKa Juvenil (MDF Clearing Complex is also good). |

Yes, that black salve does work well. It is the best thing that I have found to draw those deep ones to the surface. I have so wanted to try the Yonka Juvenil. I am waiting for an order of Jan Marini Bioclear lotion and BPO cleanser from EDS, so I will probably order the Yonka Juvenil next time. I keep hearing such good things about it; I should've just ordered it this time:!:

Tinamarie9 and Mabsy:
Do you know the brand name of the black salve that you were talking about or where I can find it at all. It sounds like a product that my mother used way back when, but I have never been able to find it in the States at all. |

Marella - The one that we have at home we got from Poland so it's not something that you'd be able to find (it's an over the counter ointment). However, I think Kiehl's has a drawing paste and from the descriptions it sounds quite similar. |

am:
1. Dr H Cleansing Cream
2. Dr H Facial Toner
3. Dr H Rose Day Cream - Can't live without it!
4. Dr H Intrada Make-up - Best make-up I've ever used, doesn't make you break out.
5. Dr H Lip Balm.
pm:
1. Dr H Cleansing Cream
2. Dr H Facial Toner
ABSOLUTELY NO NIGHT CREAM! Ever since I started using Dr Hauschka, I'm no longer dependant on night creams. Your skin needs to breathe and detox and night time is the only chance for that.
3. Once per week or so I use the Facial Steam Bath followed by the Clay Mask. Very refreshing and your pores are like a child's.
4. For plump lips apply the lip balm before bed. Come the morning they'll be super smooth and pouty. ![Very Happy](images/smiles/biggrin.gif) |
