TriPollar or Newa - Which to buy?

Hi, I am looking for a device to help with sagging jowls and stimulating collagen. Which device is better - TriPollar Stop RF or Newa 3Deep? Or another device?

I read that the technology is different but haven't found a comparison on which is better. On his blog, Philip from Home Beauty Device Reviews said he likes both for different reasons but didn't explain further.

Also, where is the least expensive place to buy?
