Plus the left side of my lower lip is a little bigger, would exercises even them our, I'd rather make it smaller than make the other side bigger |

Ice wouldn't change the lip size, but would cause the blood vessels to either contract (or heat would cause them to expand) so it would be a short term fix if any.
I don't think you can alter the shape of part of the lip alone because its a ring circular muscle. Maybe someone else can chime in but not so sure this is possible. |

Sounds good, i should have mentioned it's not just the lower lip, i want the upper too, but the lower lip is a bigger problem |
