I've been using my microcurrent device 5x week for at least 6 weeks. I have the Myotone that TIA used to sell before they made their own model. To do the basic and advanced program, it take a good half hour. I've not really seen any results, not even temporary. After watching a video posted on here, I'm wondering if I'm going about it the wrong way. The video was under a thread http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=46131
The video talks about finding "sweet spots" and holding for 20 seconds. The basic myotone directions have you either holding for 4 seconds moving then repeating 4 times. For the advanced technique, they have you hold for 4 seconds, sweep for 4 seconds and repeat twice after you've done the basic moves twice.(This can be found on youtube if interested, just search for myotone.) It's quite time consuming. I don't mind investing the time but if they're just having you cover all the bases (entire face and neck) with a not long enough contact (4 sec.) time to accomplish anything, then I'm truly wasting my time. They pretty much have you either contacting or sweeping your entire face/neck repeatedly but with a very short actual contact time. Can anyone advise as to proper timing/placement? Should I be seeing immediate albeit temporary lifting? |
