I am new here, so if there is an identical post please forgive me.
I am 41 yo and just started dermarolling for stretch marks and rejuvenation. So far I have ONLY done my cleavage area, lower tummy, and lower forearm area. I did this about a week ago with a 1 mm dermaroller I bought online. I cleansed the area prior, then used alcohol, dermarolled, and then put a light layer of retin-a.
I've read where some people dermaroll almost everyday and others dermaroll every 6 weeks or so. The latter seems to be more intuitive to me, just based on the little bit I know about wound healing.
Thoughts? What iyo/iye is the perfect amount of time in-between rolls?
TIA! |

4-6 weeks with a 1.0mm is a great idea. Those that roll almost daily with a 1.0mm are clueless. |

There is a huge thread on this under "Skincare Tools...". I have been rolling for years. The frequency depends on your skin type but I do once a week or so. You should never roll if your skin is red or inflamed. Less is probably better. |
