I noticed when i pulled my lips down as instructed in the exercise, it pulling my skin inwards (at the sides of the nose) could that cause lines below the nose with repeated use? She says to do it 35 times a day |

Highly unlikely because you are pushing the tip of the nose upwards. Even though the skin moves its not a prolonged stretching movement, so it won't cause the kind of damage that prolonged stretching would do.
She says to do it 35 times from memory twice a day. All her exercises she used to advise being done 2 times a day unless there is a problem area where she sometimes advised doing more depending on person/issue.
