One eye appears higher than the other and i'm thinking it may be due to weaker muscles above or below one of my eyes, are carole maggio's eye exercises the best for strengthening eye muscles or are there any better ones? |

Well almost every program out there has exercises for the eyes, and some are similar and some not so. I don’t think you will ever find a conclusive “best” because different exercises tackle different things. So what works for me at 60 years plus is not going to have the same effect as someone who is 20 plus years. It depends where you start from, if you got excessive eye hooding for example, then exercises can and will help that, but someone without hooding issues isn’t going to have the same dramatic results.
Carole’s program is good, but you will find many dissatisfied with it partly because they say they didn’t get results. Likewise I’m a fan of resistance exercises like FlexEffect, Facial Magic, Eva Fraser because they use resistance and for me they really helped to change my face and got me results. I did Facercise for a while, but never saw anything magical from it, but then you have people like Aprile who swear by Facercise. Its not that they are wrong, but we are starting from different places and with different issues.
Now if one of your eyes appears higher – it may not be due to weaker muscles but the actual shape/formation of your actual skull. Eyes aren’t always identical and you can see this in many Hollywood actors/actresses and to some extent things like sleeping on your side with one half of your face crushed into a pillow can effect them, etc. |
