Hi! I am new to the world of MSM and it's so called amazing benefits. I want to use MSM mainly for my skin. I have a, what I found out from other websites, a "permatan". Now, I have used soaps, lotions, sunblock, the whole she-bang, and have faded my permatan, but never to it's absolute true birth color. So I now know the importance of working on yourself from the inside before it can work on the outside. This is where, I presume, that MSM comes in.
My real skin tone is shockingly pale against my permatan, and I can see it on my scalp where my thick, dark hair has covered for all my life. I am easily anywhere between 4 to 6 shades darker than I really am. I am of Hispanic/Latino descent.
A few questions about MSM before I buy some:
1.) Which is the absolute best brand of pure MSM, and where can I buy it?
2.) Does it really matter if it should be powder or tablet?
3.) I DON'T want to go beyond lighter than my birth/scalp color. My birth/scalp color is already super pale as it is, and I don't want any freaky results. Will MSM only take me to that point and that's it?
4.) I have heard that, especially mixed with a vitamin C supplement in very high doses, that it can change your natural hair and eye color. I kind of don't want this to happen since I have come to accept and fall in love with my dark hair and eyes. What's your say on this? What can I do to prevent this?
5.) I hear that MSM can make the skin somewhat sun sensitive and even, after a while, start to have trouble with tanning. Almost like, you end up burning instead of tanning. This is actually good news because I don't like tanning for obvious reasons. Is this information true? Have you guys started having trouble with tanning after taking MSM?
Thank you so, so much! |
