Hi,
I am just new to this site yesterday, last week I stumbled across a U tube video of Christine Bayer, she said that you can buy a Red LED light 660nm from a hydroponics store for cheap !
So I paid $38.00 for the light which is a square of 30.5cm x 30.5cm. It has 225 little LED lights. But I do not know if I should use serums with it or how often and how long I should be using it for ?? I am wanting to use it for skin rejuvenation. Anyone that can help with some advice would be greatly appreciated
Thanks |

Hi, Jess78. I think you should really check out the Anti-Aging Lightstim thread for information on LED's. The first page jumps into treatment times, topicals, etc. so you don't have to go searching through all 126 pages hoping to find your answers. Good luck! |

Try this:
http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=29297
And when you do a search for a specific thread using the search function, be sure to tick the box that says "search topic title only".
Hope this helps! |
