Hi,
I have been looking at thr Rio ultrasonic cleanser, has anyone here tried it? I have noticed a few copies on eBay for a fraction of the price and want to know if its worth paying the extra. |

I have one but dont use it at all. Just time consuming and awkward for me for no noticeable difference at all. |

I have a scrubber identical to this one:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00GJI7VIG/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_1/280-5561270-6612731?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe&pf_rd_r=1SP2F7H0301WYKB8DEK8&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_p=569136327&pf_rd_i=B0030NL7OC
and one off eBay that is cordless. First, the cordless one doesn't have nearly the juice of the corded scrubber, and I only used it once because it's pretty weak. (I haven't tried the Rio, so I can't speak to that brand). If I used my corded scrubber more often, I might spend more money on a powerful cordless model.
I really like the scrubber for deep cleaning and clearing my pores; I just used it last night after a good steam. These facial scrubbers (or spatulas) can also be used to deeply penetrate skincare products, but I have found the shape of the blade to make this function somewhat tedious compared to other ultrasonic or galvanic devices.
My device is listed at 1mHZ, and after a thorough cleansing and penetrating serum, my face glows like it does after using other ultrasound tools. I think the scrubber is great if you ever get clogged pores, or just want to get your face really clean. The ultrasonic blade exfoliates really well, also. |
