I couldn't find anything regarding this, so apologies if it's been already discussed. Most I found on the topics is wether it could be used right after dermarolling.
I was wondering if it was alright to apply vitamin C serum (DIY L ascorbic acid 15%) 24 hours after my dermarolling or if I should wait longer.
And can I apply Retin A (0.5%) the next day? Or should I wait 2-3 days before apply it?
Sunscreen? Can this too be applied the next day?
And should I avoid using the Clarisonic Mia 2 for at least 2-3 days?

There is no clear cut answer as it will vary depending on medical versus cosmetic roll, how long you have been rolling,skin tolerance, etc.
Retin-A should be no issue 2-3 days later. I can use it right after a medical roll. C serum should be no issue 24 hours later. I can use it after a cosmetic roll. Sunscreen is a must period. You could be sensitive to a chemical sunscreen soon after a roll. I see no need to avoid the Clarisonic. Maybe the day before. |
