Does anyone have an active link for the bone exercises that critic posted about a few years ago? I went right through that thread but the only links are the now inactive beautystyle ones. Thanks. |

Hi Mishey,
I see you're looking for training in bone modeling. I developed facial training in bone modeling several years ago. I don't know of the link you are talking about but if you wish to read more on the subject you can go to my web page Bone Remodeling... http://www.flexeffect.com/bone-remodeling HTH

Sorry for the late reply Deb.
Can I purchase your bone remodeling training alone? I already have Flex Effect from a few years ago which doesn't include the bone remodeling unfortunately. Thanks. |

In addition to FE, you might try a google search for Yamuna Balls. You need the balls, of course, but it's supposed to help remodel bone. I have the system but just never used it consistently to see if it gave results. Ditto with FE. Just lazy, I guess. |

Mishey, I'm going through menopause right now and have been reading up on estrogen and bone. Sadly (breaks my heart every time I see a hunched old woman), it seems that without estrogen we're at a pretty high risk.
Deb, I haven't seen anywhere whether you ever used HRT/bioidenticals and I don't know if you're prepared to share that information, but it is very relevant to how we cope with bone density issues after menopause.
It would be so helpful if you would share your thoughts and research on this? And you mention in FE 3 that you developed the bone exercises because you noticed your facial bones reducing. So have you had any bone density checks to show that they are working? |

Deb - another person here curious to know whether you have had any bone density checks showing that the exercises are working - that would be cool proof to have to tell others about?

Thanks Needl and Whodathunkit.
Great idea about the yamuna balls and worth a look for sure. Although if possible I'd rather not have to spend the money on them. The Aussie $ is very low right now.
Needl I'm taking BIHRT but only Progesterone, DHEA and Testosterone. Coincidentally I'm seeing a new hormone specialist today and it's possible I'll be prescribed some Estrogen this time.
Deb I too am interested in any test results you've had since beginning the exercises. And also wondering if you're taking BIHRT. |

oh my, I did not know there were exercises to build up bone mass. I heard about face exercises but not bone. I got to try these as I think I am losing my cheek bones to aging. |
