I wonder if anyone has any experience with LED phototherapy devices that deliver both red and blue wavelengths at the same time.
I thought they would cancel each other out, but I see a few sights promoting dual frequency devices such as here:

When I look at the studies, it appears they were alternating, not combining red and blue.
Anyone? |

Hi,
I have been using a LED bulb mix of red and blue for years. I have quite sensitive and problematic skin and I did try all kind of threatments and lotions during the years and I have to say LED is best I found so far. It really keeps skin in good shape and is a great help especially after shaving. Blue helps for acne when red is helpful for all kind of disorders and makes them heal fast.
Only things bothers me when it is always said LED doesnt contain UV but you still notice little tanning when using it. I wonder why. Other thing Im currently trying to solve is it possible LED causes fat loss but so far I couldnt find any proves. |
