Hi guys,
has anyone had any success on reducing/eliminating forehead lines using face exercises or massage? Id love to hear your experiences. Thanks! |

I had some success... This year I started with 4 forehead wrinkles and am now on 2 that are much lighter...
For the forehead, I do Tom Hagertys scalp exercise, exercise 5 (shape your face) and forehead exercise by Peta (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPbBQesrwn8).
I also did some dermarolling (very little, maybe 5-6 times this year).
I do various massages, I started with Facial Detox and am now doing Yamuna face balls (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ChLyFUFkAHI) and vacuum massage.
I think massages are very important because they ensure that neutral position of the face is not frowned meaning wrinkles will not get deeper. For me, a good way to choose a massage is to see what happens with my forehead after, I would expect to see the wrinkles significantly diminished. If doing a massage, do it before going to bed, you don't want to fall asleep with tension in that area.

Lifestyle changes will help the most like sleeping more, eating healthy (no animal products/vegan), exercise, and hydration are probably the best places to start. |
