Hey,
What's the longest you guys have ever waited for one of these replies?
I filled one out for DDF back in September and figured they wouldn't reply when I hadn't heard anything in 2 weeks...but I got a reply today...6 months later!! |

6 months! I can't beat that. 
I didn't fill in an advice form but I emailed Vivier about 1 month ago with a question about their Vitamin C products and I haven't received a response yet. I also emailed Jane Iredale (not her personally, just the company) at the same time and got a response the same day. |

| wow...some companies are good, others not as much. I emailed the canadian distributor for skinceuticals and never got a reply...that was a few months ago... |

The Valmont distributor has never replied to my email requesting product brochures, so it's been over a year. I guess if I really want them, I ought to call them.
Cellcosmet in NY replied to my inquiry in the same day...I was shocked! It is true with me that the more responsive a company is the more I likely I will do business with them. Like EDS! They answer all my questions in a timely manner. |

I filled out a form at Skinterra for product advice. They got back to me the same day. I replied to the e-mail since I needed further clarification, they got back to me in 5 minutes. We went back and forth for a while -10 minuets was a maximum wait-might as well have been chatting on-line with the other person. I was really impressed.  |

wow...I wish all companies could be as quick!
I emailed a place yesterday about pricing cuz my mom is going for a trip and I wanted her to get something for me...I had a reply in 10 minutes.
I think smaller places are quicker.. |

| I've emailed a number of companies but the only ones to respond at all were EDS and Rosa y Fruta. I get so aggravated when I don't get a response that I tend not to do business with those companies at all. If you don't have the resources to respond to an email then you shouldn't provide a link!! |
