Thanks. I think she's had fillers even though not mentioned. With her thin face, she can handle a lot of it as opposed to someone with an already fat but sagging face.
She's definitely had her eyes done, probably many years ago -- not a bit of skin or fat and a bit too hollow looking. Not sure how much a necklift would affect the lower face but I think it probably smoothed her jawline. Seems to me I read that you can't just have a necklift so it probably does involve the lower face. One telltale sign of surgery in the lower face is the area on either side of the mouth. A sort of tightness which I've noticed on many women, ranging from too tight to barely perceptible. I also think she may have had radio frequency to tighten her skin.
Happy to hear that she gives credit to having started taking vitamins when she was 19, same as me. My diet could be better! Fitness keeps you slim and moving in a 'young' way so you can dress younger (within reason). Walk behind people and try to guess their age. Then walk in front and catch a peek of their faces. You might be surprised. Plastic surgery alone can't do that. A woman who is probably Alana's age works in my local beauty supply store. Her face is flawless but she walks with a stoop and shuffles along and has an old lady voice. It looks a bit odd, frankly.
Like her, I never talk about getting old nor do I feel old, unlike friends even younger. Oleda Baker is my inspiration, as well as Christie Brinkley and now Alana. All have similar lifestyles and philosophies.
If I had the cash, I'd have whatever the latest cosmetic technology could do! Until I win the lottery, I'll just go every few months for botox or filler and keep using my Retin A.
Interesting that the two other women and the man are all anxious about aging, understandable since they are on camera in public jobs. Yet they look a good ten years younger than the majority of the population. |

I wish she had had the time to tell us what else she is doing to maintain her beauty. I would also think some RF and fillers. But she looks amazing. |

I'm very late to this, but just want to say: good on Alana for admitting to botox and a neck lift. None of that silly tendency to deny getting some help, that just makes ordinary women feel terrible for showing our age. |
