Being an extreme avid fan of the Dr Hauschka line, I greatly recommend you give it a try, according to your skin description.

Some products to look into first are the cleansing cream, clarifying toner and the rejuventaing mask.

the enitre line is fabulous, but I can pretty much guarantee an immediate change in your skin once using the Dr. H line.

good luck!

thank you so much for your recommendation. I've read lots of great reviews on the Dr. Hauschka line, especially the cleansing cream. Very Happy I'll drop by the EDS store once I get a chance since I live in BC. And if the products work for me then I'll be sure to report back. Very Happy

I definitely agree with stephie's recommendation. I love Dr H products as well, particularly the Cleansing Cream which can do wonders for your skin in terms of clearing out your pores and therefore making them smaller. As I am not one to stick to just one product range, I shall also recommend some others in general. Something with AHAs (glycolic acid) to exfoliate your skin and help speed up healing of acne scars and also help reduce acne. In terms of spot treatment of acne, you have the natural approach like YonKa Juvenil (which works very well for me and I use it all over as a preventative) and the BHA (salicylic) and other active ingredients approach. Dermalogica Medicated Clearing Gel and MDF Clearing Complex are both good spot treatments in that category.

In terms of dark circles, you should first look at their cause. If you continually get little sleep then creams aren't going to help you all that much but sleep will Smile Dark circles can also be caused by sinus problems, allergies, they can be inherited etc I'm not sure what the cause was in my case but the best thing that I have found for them is Peter Thomas Roth Power K Eye Rescue. Some have also had success with CSRx Eye Bright and recently there was a review of something as well... can't quite remember what. If you do a search for dark circles you should get heaps of info Wink

I have used the sample from EDS from Murad....Anti Aging Ance Treatment gel...i used it as spot treatment for my acne...and i clear up mt acne in 3 days.
But I'm wondering whether anyone here had used the Murad Exfoliating Acne Gel...just want to know how they go with it...because it got more Salicylic Acid (1%) if compare to Anti Aging Ance Treatment gel (o.5%).

I don't really think that my dark circles are inherited. I've only noticed these dark circles this year. I don't think I had dark cricles the previous year though judging from some pictures where I never wore foundation or concealer and I still don't.

Just wondering though, does dehydration have anything to do with dark circles? I know that I hardly ever drink any water and sometimes I'll drink only 1 or 2 glasses of water.

I think that dehydration can play a part in dark circles. I tend to get them if I don't take enough fluids on board.
I've also noticed that I'm more prone to dark circles as I get older. Never suffered from them as a teenager but I started to get them once I'd hit my late 20s.

As for your recommendations, I 'm interested in the products with more natural ingredients. Very Happy I don't think the natural products will dry my skin out as much.
Also, does anyone have any good recommendations for SPF lotions that don't make skin feel greasy?

Another question... I was considering purchasing Epidermx and read alot of people have been getting great results. I was wondering if Epidermx would work on my skin?

Since you're aiming for something as natural as can be, I would suggest Kosmea Moisturising Lotion SPF30+ but I don't know where you live so I'm not sure if it's available to you.

Hi!

Check your diet and sleep, as that might help with the under-eye circles - I worked really hard on these two and finally got myself into a routine that helps my skin a LOT!

Good luck!
