Hi! I've had botox a number of times in my masseter muscles, which are quite large. Unfortunately, about 70% of the time, I've ended up with my smile negatively affected; I think the botox has probably spread to the levator muscles, which lift the corners of your mouth. This has happened at the hands of a few different experienced injectors.
I was wondering if there are particular ways to avoid problems when injecting the masseters. I've heard there are special dilutions and strategies that should be used, so I want to make sure my doctor is using them. Thank you! |
