I was wondering what the current thoughts were on LED devices such as Lightstim and the Opera face mask that the celebs are raving about. Does anyone use these devices these days? Any thoughts on them? Are concerns with the IR damaging skin or the free radical issue? Would love to hear your thoughts! Thank you!

I still use my lightstim and am a believer that it benefits my skin and I have seen quite a few others that still use one LED device or another. It's not a miracle worker but I just look better when I use it several times a week....or when I've dermarolled or used RF.
I think IR is like the egg... where there's good cholesterol and bad cholesterol but for a while some people weren't sure of the difference..
As far as I have deducted current LED red light devices do not emit harmful effects and have enough studies to prove their benefit to my satisfaction.

I think LED has its benefits and it's safe to perform at home. But require dedication which I don't often have.

Actually it takes less time to use an LED device than it does to make all of these posts that run up stats on the forums. Or do both at the same time and actually make it useful time.
In as little as 15 min. you can do enough with a Baby Q to make it worth your while. Try it while watching a show or on your phone or computer.
You can also spot treat and do a different area ever day.
Great to put on a acne spot as well.
