I have been using cleansing oil for years to remove makeup / sunscreen and before the foam cleansing step. I found the performance of oil-type cleanser does way better than cleansing milk / lotion. My pore got refined and cleared. Less acne and blackhead.
I have been used so many different brand of cleansing oil..... Origins, shu uemura, YSL, Bobbie Brown, Fancl....etc, any brand you can name it. And I found the best one would be:
The Evie Cleansing oil. Here is the info about the cleansing oil
"Relaxing formula for a therapeutic cleansing experience
This extraordinary formula for all skin types is created with premium vegetable oils and certified organic essential oils from Bulgaria, England, Italy and France to remove makeup products and soothe the mind. Essential oils Rose, Bergamot, Cedarwood, Chamomile, Geranium, Lavender and Ylang Ylang, together with natural base oils Jojoba, Grapeseed and Sweet Almond, have proven effective in cleansing, refreshing, moisturising, calming and repairing the skin. Some of the essential oils have exceptional soothing effects on the mind too. Free from synthetic colours, fragrance, SLS surfactants and toxic chemicals, our Makeup Remover brings you a pure, natural and gentle cleansing experience. After just one use, your skin will feel velvety and rejuvenated, and your mind refreshed." |

Hi queenielau718,
Thanks for the tip! I'm intrigued. Is this the oil you are referring too: http://www.evieone.com/makeup-remover.php ?
The make-up remover version? Is there a complete ingredients list somewhere? |

Thanks for your sharing! Do u recommend this to clog prone skin? Recently, I am trying a new product called Sassou, which cost me USD100! Have you tried anything from this brand? Sigh...it doesn't help at all all but breakouts only! |

Bummer - Evie is not available in the US. I tried both the distributor Evie had on their website as well as Amazon & Ebay. |

btw, since all evie products only contain organic ingredients, essential oil; thus the storage of the products is very important, i.e. temp control; protect from light. Therefore I only trusted official retail store b/c they QC are much better. I never buy skincare product from Ebay / Amazon etc. |

It's so very easy to DIY cleansing oil. How do these compare to a simple recipe of jojoba oil, 5- 10% castor oil, and essential oil(s)? |
