Hi All, this is my first post. I've discovered DIY cream making for the last 6 months and am hooked. I just bought some retinol palmitate and wanted to make a great night face cream.
Does anyone have any good recipe's I can use?
Does anyone know if any carriers oils rich in other vitamin's i.e. C or E cancel out A?
Is there anything else I need to know when creating a formulation using vitamin A (I already know it is best to use at night due to its stability with UV and maximum percentage is 2% right?)
Also finally - does anyone know if it just goes in the heated oil phase?
Can it withstand high temperatures when heating it? |

Making your own face cream is very interesting. I made myself a simple cream, but the effect is very general. I think it would be better to buy the ready made cosmetics directly. |
