I'm only 26, but I lost some weight and now I noticed some crepey skin on my forehead. It feels so dry and tight, and my pimples there hurt more and heal slowly. There's also crepey skin on my temples and when I smile.
Would LED right light treatment and derma rolling help this?
I must have genetically thin skin, and I really haven't been diligent about sunscreen most of my life, although I've never tanned. I just feel too young for this. It isn't super noticeable now, but it will be by the time i'm 30 :[ |

At 26 you are still young. Now with saggy skin and the skin being dry and tight, rather than dermarolling (which will temporarily cause some inflammation to that area) I think you are better off looking at massage instead. Try the Tanaka massage as this does firm and tighten skin for sure.
The LED are great for rejuvenating skin and the face but at 26 years I’m not so sure you will benefit from it. Instead I’d recommend getting a good Vit C serum or cream and please use UVA/UVB Protection from this point forward. UVA and UVB damage doesn’t always show up but I remember reading somewhere that 60% of all aging facial issues was caused by people not wearing protection in their teens AND that many times UVA and UVB damage starts to show up on the face properly from age 45 onwards. That’s scary because most teenagers are rebels and will not use sun protection! |

Oh no I'm doomed then, haha. I never wore sunscreen in my teens. But I wasn't in the sun very much, playing lots of computer games!
Although one summer I did do laps in a pool for 16-20 minutes for 4 days a week, and got fairly tan. I wish that was reversible.
I'm just shocked that my forehead has all of these tiny connect the dot pores, which is a sign of creepiness. I don't have lines exactly.
On my temples. The skin looks thin and you can tell the position I sleep in. I'm really just shocked. I will say, 2 years of depression may have not helped. But I'd really like to repair the damage. It seems like a lot of women on this forum have managed to change their skin issues a lot, so I feel hopeful.
Is there potential that face massage would cause fat loss? |

Beauty equipment will work, but I think it can be massaged regularly, which will reduce wrinkles and do no harm to the skin. |
