Hi everyone
I am trying to make an HA serum, but all the recipes that I found so far use powdered HA, not liquid.
I have liquid HA that I take internally by Neocell.
The label is as follows:
Serving size: 1 Tbsp.
Vitamin C: 50 mg (I think this comes from the "organic agave nectar and fruit concentrates")
HA: 50 mg
Proprietary Fruit Blend: 5.5g
-Organic agave nectar, pomegranate concentrate, blueberry concentrate, cranberry concentrate, elderberry concentrate, green tea polyphenols (50%), liquid ionic minerals.
I thought 1/4 teaspoon is a gram, but that's for powder.
How much should I use for, say, 4 ounces of distilled water?
Thanks everyone |

I don't think that HA product is meant for skin. It's got some extracts and fillers. HA serums can be bought for cheap. I'd such one specific for skin, such as Hado Labo. |

Hmm, what about HA powder? All the recipes for DIY HA serums used powder.
I'm really big on DIY stuff, and would much rather not buy a pre-made one.
You don't think the liquid I mentioned would work in a serum? The ingredients, while a few too many, seem natural at least. |

Why bother when PSF makes a nice really inexpensive one? |
