of a lotion or cream that contains vitamin B12?
I was reading that this is suppose to be fabulous for "dull" skin but I can't seem to locate one!!!

Sorry, I don't know of one. Try looking for something with Cobalamine in it (another name for B12). Karin Herzog has one but it's one for the body, not for the face.
Personally, I think I would start taking B12 supplements and just go with a vitamin C serum (which is fabulous for dull skin  ). |
