Do you just lay on it? I was reading a few of the reviews and I think I want one. For the price it's worth a try. I wish I knew where I could get one in Canada because I'd buy one in a minute if it was half as good as the reviews.
ETA: I just found a seller on ebay who ships to Canada for only $12.50. I'm thinking of getting it but am hoping someone here has tried it first. |

m. I've worked in neurosurgery and am a bit skeptical here. My understanding is that the rotation of the spine needs surgery to be corrected. Bracing was done previously for children - I don't know if you've already tried this.
I would copy the article and show it to a neurosurgeon before wasting any money on it. |

Hmmm. There are a lot of good reviews on the first page, but there are also 50 two and one star reviews which makes me doubt how reliable this product might be.
I'm sorry about your accident. Have you ever seen a chiropractor, yoga massage therapist or osteopath? Good luck |

Hello,
I don't have scoliosis. However I was reading an excellent article in Macleans (Canadian news magazine) re: a product called SpineCor and the sucess individuals are having with it. Its a brace, but not like the traditional 'hard' braces for the condition.
Not sure if that is of any assistance to you, yet it was a very good article that I happened to read just a few days ago. When I saw your post I was reminided of the product. |

A good exercise program with a professional who knows what he/she is doing can make inroads into the muscular imbalance that occurs with scoliosis. Will this little gizmo on it's own 'cure' you, no, but it may help with discomfort and could possibly loosen up a little of the musculature. |

Thank you for all your advice! I did see a chiropractor for a bit but I didn't keep up with it. I felt fine for years until now. I was also really skeptical about it actually realigning the spine, but, you know, a girl can dream right |
