Hi, winne
Lured by your previous post, I orded the whole set Alphaderma product throuth JB net including CE, Prep and Okusi.
I am 30, Asian with fair and dry-oily mix skin.
I have visible pores on my noses and inner cheek area while small lines under my eye bag area. I wished the okusi can help me in reducing the lines aroud the eye area.
However, I read some posts about okusi after I paid JB which complains that the OKUSi seems dry the eye skin and worse the line.
I am very confused with these reviews and also worry about that OKUSI might cause more lines for me.
My questions is that is Okusi for a Oily skin and should I use extra moinsture on top of it?
If so what kind of Moisture should I use, will it better for me us Vitamic C product for reducing my lines aroud eye area.
Thanks for your feedback! |

Flora,
Until the past month or so I have not heard of anyone complaining about Okusil being drying. The area around the eye might see tighter but that is what is to happen. Okusil contain HA Acid which is moisturizing and DMAE which is firming. Of course Okusil contains 10% Argireline which relaxes lines and wrinkles. The other ingredients in Okusil do a wonderful job on dark circles!!
I am sixty years old and need moisture to my skin as it is mature. I have never had a problem with Okusil, AlphaDerma or Mineral Prep drying out my skin. There has been at dramatic renewal to the firmness of my facial contours.
I live in a cold winter climate. During the winter months I have used a moisturizer over my JB line. With the heat in the house and fires burning I just thought it would be helpful. If someones skin tends to be dry there is no reason why you can not apply a eye and face moisturizer over JB products. It is our hope that under normal circumstances you will not need one. May I suggest using the Prep under the Okusil. Also, please use very little of the JB line. It goes such a long way and I am a firm believer in not applying too much product. 1/2 pump of ADCE and Prep is enough for your whole face and neck. One drop of Okusil pat gently around the eye area avoiding the lid.
If you do a search on AlphaDerma and JB I think that you will see that very few people have had a problem with dryness. If for any reason you do please call our toll free number. I am very confident that you will be very happy with your routine. Please feel free to PM me if you have any question or concerns. Please be assured that JB stands behind their products and Customer Service is always there for you.
Winnie
